Tamar Chkhaidze is a specialist with over 10 years of experience in international audit firms and strong expertise in taxation. As the Head of the Taxation Department, she leads tax consulting engagements and ensures the delivery of technically sound, high-quality solutions for both Georgian and international clients.
Before joining the firm, Tamar held senior tax roles at PwC Georgia and BDO Georgia, gaining extensive experience in tax reviews and compliance, advance tax rulings, tax due diligence, appeals and dispute resolution, and the development of tax methodologies and audit tools.
Tamar has worked on complex projects across a wide range of industries, including energy, construction, banking and financial services, ports and transshipment, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, cryptocurrency, and web services. She is highly experienced in international taxation, tax structuring, cross-border planning, tax due diligence, and corporate reorganizations.
