Ucha joined UHY LLC in February 2024 as an Audit Intern. During his internship, he demonstrated strong motivation, responsibility, and a clear commitment to professional growth, which soon led to his promotion to the Audit Associate (A1) position.
From November 2024, Ucha continued his career as an Audit Associate (A2), where he led several audit projects across various industries. During this period, he gained significant experience in financial statement analysis and risk assessment.
Ucha has successfully passed multiple ACCA examinations and achieved the highest national score in Georgia in the Financial Reporting (F7) paper. His analytical mindset, professionalism, and dedication to continuous development make him a valuable member of the audit team.
As of November 2025, Ucha holds the position of Senior Auditor and continues to apply his knowledge and experience to ensure the high standards of audit and advisory services provided by the company.
